Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Unus SDR (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Unus AI ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of service

Unus SDR is an AI-powered outbound sales automation platform. It sources leads, generates personalized email copy, sends emails from your connected mailbox, executes follow-up sequences, and escalates conversations when a defined goal (such as a booked meeting) is reached. You retain full control and responsibility over the campaigns you configure and the messages sent on your behalf.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the organization you represent. By using the Service, you represent that these requirements are met.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@unusai.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or messages that violate CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, or any applicable anti-spam law.
  • Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or organization.
  • Send messages containing illegal content, malware, phishing material, or deceptive claims.
  • Impersonate another person or organization without authorization.
  • Circumvent, reverse-engineer, or attempt to access systems beyond your authorized scope.
  • Resell, sublicense, or offer the Service to third parties without our written consent.

You are solely responsible for the content of emails sent through the Service and for complying with all laws applicable to your email campaigns, including those governing commercial electronic messages in your jurisdiction and those of your recipients.

6. Subscription and billing

The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis at the price displayed at the time of purchase (currently $5,000 MXN per month). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable. If your payment fails, access to the Service may be suspended until payment is successfully collected.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date. No refunds or credits are issued for unused portions of a subscription period.

8. Intellectual property

The Unus SDR platform, including its software, design, and AI systems, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you upload, including knowledge base materials and lead data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

9. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to generate email copy and source leads. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and you are responsible for reviewing and approving any content sent on your behalf. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, relevance, or fitness of AI-generated output for any specific purpose.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR SALES RESULTS WILL BE ACHIEVED.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unus AI and any affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights, including applicable email marketing laws.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in abusive use of the Service, or that continued operation poses a risk to other users or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, Mexico.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
